As a consumer you can withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of the contract without giving a reason. You can do it right here, without signing in.

Optional. Without an email you download the confirmation on the next page.

The period is 14 days from the day of purchase. It is enough to send the withdrawal before it ends.

At your request your access already ran during the period. You pay a pro-rata amount for those days and get the rest back.

Purchases made as a business, such as Business plans or vouchers for resale, have no statutory right of withdrawal.
