Frequently asked questions
When you redeem the card, not when you buy it. If the card shows a redeem-by date, redeem it before then.
Choose “Extend an existing account” and enter your account number. If your access is still running, the card’s time is added to the end.
Check the code for typos. A card only works after the seller activates it at the sale. If in doubt, ask there.
Without the account number there is no access. We do not store an email address we could send it to.
