What you buy
You buy access for a fixed term. The terms on sale are 3 months (90 days), 6 months (180 days), and 12 months (365 days). The price is taken at checkout. There is no automatic renewal and no subscription charge. When the term ends, access stops until you buy again.
One account can hold up to the device limit of the package. Each device has its own config. You create and delete devices in the panel.
Acceptable use
The tunnel is for your own lawful traffic. Fraud, phishing, malware, sexual abuse of children, and other serious illegal acts are forbidden. Do not attack other systems, send spam, or resell access in a way that harms the network.
A device that breaks these rules can be disconnected. Volume alone does not disconnect a device. A device or an account that crosses the published daily or monthly byte threshold can be slowed down.
Payment and withdrawal
If you buy as a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Checkout asks for a billing address and whether access should already start during the withdrawal period. That choice is stored on the order. If you withdraw afterwards, you pay a pro-rata amount for the days up to the withdrawal. The details are in the withdrawal policy.
If you buy as a business, for example a Business plan or vouchers for resale, there is no statutory right of withdrawal.
Refunds follow the refund page. The refund period is 14.
Term and cancellation
Every term is paid in advance and ends on its last day without you doing anything. You can still cancel at any time on the “Cancel contracts here” page, without signing in. The right to cancel for good cause is not affected.
Liability
The service is a shared connection. Speed depends on the server, the route, and your own network. Nobody can promise that every filtered network will let the tunnel through.
Liability is limited to what the applicable law does not allow to be excluded. The applicable law is Deutschland.
