Use cases

Who this is for

Newsrooms

Reporters and editors who need to reach sources and publishing tools from networks that filter VPN traffic.

NGOs

Staff and partners in several countries who need working access without handing out personal accounts.

Human rights work

Documentation and contact with people in countries with DPI blocking, where common VPN protocols are cut off.

Teams on the road

Colleagues travelling to countries with censorship who need access for the length of a trip.

Services

Offers

From team accounts on our servers to a setup on your own infrastructure.

Team accounts

Seats on our shared infrastructure. One admin invites members, suspends them, and issues new keys. Each member gets their own account number; no email is needed.

Dedicated IP or server

An IP address or a whole server only your team uses. The location is agreed in the conversation, depending on what is available.

Managed self-hosted

We set up AmneziaWG or XRay on servers you own and keep it running. The servers and their data stay with you.

Privacy

Security model

What we store and what we do not, stated plainly.

What we have

  • The organization name, the number of seats, the paid period, and the billing details you give us for the invoice.
  • For each member: the label the admin chose, the account number (encrypted), and the devices with their keys. Keys we create are stored encrypted, so the config can be downloaded again.
  • Byte totals per device and day, kept for 35 days. Not which sites are opened.
  • Payment records with the provider reference.
  • Your inquiry from the contact form, encrypted in the database.

What we do not have

  • Members' names or email addresses, unless the admin types them into a label. Use pseudonyms.
  • The sites and services members open.
  • The private key of a device whose key was generated on the device.

What the team admin sees

  • Labels, status, join date and number of devices per member.
  • No traffic and no keys. The admin hands out one-time links; whoever opens a link gets the key, so send links over a secure channel.
A VPN does not make you anonymous. It does not protect a device that is already compromised, and it does not work during a full network shutdown.
Four steps

How it works

  1. 1

    Inquiry

You send the form, encrypted with PGP if you like.

  2. 2

    Conversation

We talk about countries, number of people, devices and risks.

  3. 3

    Offer

You get a written offer with price and terms.

  4. 4

    Setup

We set up the organization, or the server, and hand over the access.
