Wholesale
Wholesale prices for the starter tier. A recommended retail price appears only when one is set.

Reseller rules
- Do not promise a result the service does not state.
- Do not advertise in a way that is unlawful where you sell.
- You set the price you charge. A recommended price is shown only when one is configured.
- A lost unactivated card should be voided. An activated card stays valid until it is redeemed or voided.
